Before founding GoodwinCo, Abbitt Goodwin was a partner at Columbia Development, contributing to over three million square feet of commercial and mixed-use space across 30+ projects, including the 92-acre Fenton development in Cary, N.C. He started his career at CB Commercial in 1997 and served as Managing Partner for The Shopping Center Group, LLC, in Raleigh from 2000 to 2013. A graduate of Episcopal High School (1992) and the University of Georgia (BA in Real Estate, 1997), Goodwin is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys time with family and friends in Atlantic Beach, NC. He leverages his extensive network to successfully develop retail and mixed-use projects that enrich communities and enhance economic value.

William joined GoodwinCo in February 2024, bringing a strong foundation from his studies at the University of Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Real Estate. He plays a key role in various stages of the development process, including underwriting, market research, site selection and acquisition, and leasing for retail development projects. William takes pride in identifying prime opportunities and consistently delivering high-quality results. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and being on the water at Atlantic Beach, NC.

Abby Reams

Abby became part of GoodwinCo in September 2024, equipped with a degree in Public Relations and Digital Media Marketing from the University of Lynchburg. In her role as an Executive Assistant, she utilizes her organizational skills and proactive attitude to support the team effectively. With a strong passion for creating connections and a commitment to high standards, Abby loves spending her free time taking walks with her dogs and enjoying moments with friends and family.

Patricia F. Mueller, CPA

Patricia (Trish) Mueller is a Certified Public Accountant and Raleigh native with more than 25 years in public accounting and 20 years in private industry. Licensed since 1999, she has served as a partner, auditor, and tax preparer, developing deep expertise in financial systems, compliance, and operations.
Trish is also active in her community, volunteering her financial skills to several nonprofit boards supporting veterans, Christian childcare programs, and early childhood education. She has been married for over 36 years and is a proud mother and grandmother.
