Lot 28 is a 1.78-acre parcel fronting Wendell Falls Parkway. The parcel was acquired from Brookfield Residential, developer of Wendell Falls, a 1,100-acre master-planned community featuring 4,000 homes, multifamily units, and a Publix-anchored center known as Treelight Square. Chick-fil-A leased the property and is now operating in Wendell Falls.

The addition of Chick-fil-A adds to the growing lineup of dining and retail options within Treelight Square and reinforces its role as a community hub.
