GoodwinCo formed a joint venture with East West Partners to acquire 3.35 acres, which closed in December 2025 (Phase 1), and an additional ±5.5 acres to the rear set to close in December 2026 (Phase 2) from Brookfield Residential, the developer of Wendell Falls, a 1,100-acre master-planned community.

Located off I-87 on Wendell Falls Parkway, which carried 20,605 VPD in 2023, the site offers strong visibility and access. Pre-leasing for the project is currently underway.
