Located off I-540 on Salem Street, Depot 499 is a master-planned community originally assembled by Lennar in 2020. GoodwinCo, East West Partners, and Edgewater Ventures later acquired 11.5 acres from Lennar to develop The Ballast on Salem.

The project includes 295 luxury apartments, 2,500 SF of retail, and 7,500 SF of amenities, contributing to the broader vision for the surrounding community.
