Overview
Located off I-540 on Salem Street, Depot 499 is a 200-acre master-planned community consisting of nearly 1,500 luxury residential units. In a joint venture with East West Partners and Edgewater Ventures, GoodwinCo acquired 15.06 acres in June 2026 for the development of a Food Lion anchored center.
